مؤامره كبرى

يقول خروتشوف : اتصل بي الرفيق جوزيف ستالين.. و قال تعال الى مكتبي بسرعة يا نيكيتا.. هناك مؤامرة كبيرة.
وصلت وكان معنا مجموعة من الوزراء...
وقال ستالين : يا رفيق نيكيتا.. لدينا معمل إطارات (دواليب)... و هذا المعمل هو هدية من شركة فورد الأمريكية... و هو ينتج الإطارات منذ سنوات و بشكل جيد... و لكن فجأة...و منذ ستة أشهر..
بدأ هذا المعمل ينتج دواليب تنفجر بعد بضعة كيلومترات... و لم يعرف أحد السبب..
أريدك أن تذهب إلى المعمل فورا وتكتشف ما هو السبب.
وصلت المعمل و باشرت التحقيق فورا
وكان أول ما لفت نظري هو حائط الأبطال على مدخل المعمل..
على هذا الحائط توضع صور أفضل العمال و الإداريين و الذين عملوا بجد و نشاط خلال شهر.

و بدأت التحقيقات مباشرة من الإدارة حتى أصغر عامل.. لا أحد منهم يعرف الأسباب...

قررت النوم في المعمل حتى أحل هذا اللغز ..
استيقظت في الصباح الباكر .. و وقفت في أول خط الإنتاج وقمت بمتابعة أحد الإطارات (الدولاب) و مشيت معه من نقطة الصفر حتى خرجه من المعمل.. و أصبت بالإحباط.. كل شيء طبيعي وكل شيء صحيح وكل شيء متقن ولكن الإطار انفجر بعد بضعة كيلومترات ...
جمعت المهندسين والعمال والإداريين واحضرت المخططات وقمت بالإتصال بالمهندسين الأمريكيين .. لم نصل إلى حل ...
قمت بتحليل المواد الخام المستخدمة في صناعة ذلك الإطار .. التحليل أثبت أنها ممتازة جداً و ليست هي السبب أبداً . والأطار انفجر بدون سبب ...

أصابني الإحباط.. و أحسست بالعجز.. و بينما أنا أمشي في المعمل لفت نظري حائط الأبطال في المعمل...
يوجد في رأس قائمة الأبطال أحد المهندسين على رأس القائمة... ما لفت نظري أن هذا المهندس على رأس القائمة منذ ستة أشهر.. أي منذ بدأت هذه الإطارات بالإنفجار بدون سبب..
لم أستطع النوم.. قمت باستدعاء هذا المهندس إلى مكتبي فورا... للتحقيق معه..
و قلت له.. ارجوك اشرح لي يا رفيق.. كيف استطعت أن تكون بطل الإنتاج لستة أشهر متتالية؟
قال : لقد استطعت أن أوفر الملايين من الروبلات للمعمل و الدولة
قلت : وكيف استطعت أن تفعل ذلك؟
قال : ببساطة قمت بتخفيف عدد الأسلاك المعدنية في الإطار و بالتالي استطعنا توفير مئات الأطنان من المعادن يوميا....
هنا اصابتني السعادة الكبيرة لأنني عرفت حل اللغز أخيرا و لم أصبر على ذلك..

اتصلت بستالين فورا و شرحت له ما حدث و بعد دقيقة صمت قال بالحرف : و الآن.. أين دفنت جثة هذا الغبي؟
في الواقع لم أعدمه يا رفيق.. بل سأرسله إلى سيبيريا. لأن الناس لن تفهم لماذا نعدم بطل إنتاج...
